    4. Complete intake paperwork and begin your health journey!

    Intake forms will need to be completed prior to the start of your first appointment. If you are being seen for an office visit, you can arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. For telehealth visits, please complete paperwork at least 24 hours befor your scheduled visit.

    Follow-up visit (in-person)

    Follow up visits range from 30 to 60 minutes and consist of discussing progress, necessary physical exam, lab interpretation, and updating the treatment plan as necessary.

    Follow-up visit (telehealth)

    Virtual follow-up visits range from 30 to 60 minutes and consist of discussing progress, necessary lab interpretation, and updating the treatment plan.

    $85 - $125

  • Reiki Treatment

    Treatment Only Visit

    Treatment only visits are for bodywork and hydrotherapy, and can only be accomplished in-person. Treatments range from 30 to 45 minutes and, generally, are recommended as part of your treatment plan.

    Blood Draw

    Blood draws are sometimes scheduled as standalone visits, due to timing, need to fast, and other factors. Blood draw visits typically take around 10 minutes and incur a cost in addition to the price of the labs.
