    Physical medicine encompasses an array of modalities aimed at treating acute and chronic pain. Modalities that I perform include Muscle Energy Stretching (MES), Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic massage, Adjustments, and Hydrotherapy​*.

    *also used for treatment of anxiety, depression, and immune dysfunction.

    Herbal Medicine

    Herbal medicine has a variety of traditional medicinal uses that are still applicable for acute and chronic illnesses in modern times. Teas, tinctures, compounded topicals and/or nutraceuticals may be prescribed as part of your treatment plan. Preparations are often in the form of tea, tincture, or capsules.
